Tools & Equipment Rep

Department: Field
Location: N. Columbus, OH

Position Purpose:

The T & E Sales Representative is primarily responsible for their assigned territory on EQT product as well as meeting T & E Territory sales quota.

Position Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Program Manager and the assigned District Triangle Teams focusing on the following areas:

  • Achieving T & E Sales Quota thru prospecting and partnering with the Triangle Team in each district.
  • Work with the sales team and corporate partners to assist in closing larger more complex T&E sales deals.
  • Train district “teams” on best practices around identifying tool & equipment sales opportunities in the course of customer visits.
    • Identifies and recommends product offerings to Product Team based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Norton teams on specific operational and/or product training needs.
  • Drives our Value Proposition constantly reinforcing our T&E and Service Principles. 
  • Works with district leaders to ensure that the AI culture and foundational model is executed in each district.

Education:

Associate’s Degree or the equivalent education and/or experience preferred but not required

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 1- 2 years of progressively responsible and successful outside sales experience
  • High level of T&E product knowledge - marketing experience a plus
  • Experience leading others and coaching them to be successful in automotive industry
  • Proven business, analytical and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Car and plane travel to stores, customers and corporate office

  Schedule Requirements/Travel:

Weekdays and occasional Saturdays/Approximately 80% travel
